The power of this moment!

We live in a world who tells us that the more busy that we are the more productive the life we live. I disagree. Yes there is a place and time for hard work and getting it done. But all to often we miss the now. We miss the opportunity to listen to a family member, friend or stranger that needs us in that moment. I believe that is why so many feel alone and lost. With so much being done in social media, we are missing the much needed human connection. The busy work that is glamorized, often isn’t doing much for our greater purpose. So I say that we try even for just a day to slow down and observe. Observe others and their being. Let’s listen to each other with true care and empathy. Let’s bring back that human connection and take the time to give a hug and show the love that is so needed in our beautiful world. Much love, light and positive energy to all of you!
