Mindful or mind full?

Each day we can find ourselves so busy and overstretched with honestly things that don’t make much difference in the bigger picture of this life. So many people and things vying for our attention. All of which believe they are the most important. How often do you take the time to sit quietly and allow yourself the true peace that the soul longs for. As I have taken up and continue my meditation practice the past several years I have found how often I look for that time. We can fill our minds with so much unnecessary clutter that ultimately will lead us to stress, anxiety, depression, etc. What if we daily listen to our soul when it asks us to step away and get quiet. Take as little as 10 minutes each day and begin to see how much more quiet the mind will become and how the feelings of stress that we truly create will fade away. Let’s get back to truly living in that peaceful place that we were truly put here for.
