Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help. No matter what the challenge or take is, ask for help. As humans we are social creatures and do better with a partner or team. This doesn’t mean be codependent, this means be willing to drop your pride and take the hand of someone who is offering. Life is more fun with others. Much love to all of you!
To all people, but this being more focused on my brothers. Let’s remove the mask. The masks that we feel that we must wear because old thinking and society have told us we must act and be a certain way. We don’t have to act like the warrior at all times. We have both masculine and feminine energy within us. The balance is necessary. We must know that it’s ok to be vulnerable and to show all of our emotions. It’s ok to ask for help. We can show that we have big hearts and empathy for others. The mask of being tough is not necessary. We know that we can summons that warrior inside of each of us if need be, but why not focus on being a beacon of love and peace to those around us more than anything else. So I challenge all of us men to remove the mask and be truly authentic to who we know that we are. Much love!
I have realized over the last few years and through doing my internal work, that true freedom comes when you let go. Let go of trying to control external circumstances. Let go of needing the approval of others. Let go of what an out come may be. Let go of how someone may respond to you sharing your heart. I saw myself and as I see many others out trying to control every aspect of life. I saw this grand desire of wanting the attention and approval of others. As I have released all of these things, I have felt more and more free as the days go on. I believe we become more magnetic the less that we look for these things. Those things or people that we have always desired suddenly come to you naturally. So I challenge you to experience true freedom. I challenge you to let go. Trust that everything happens in divine order. Experience true freedom! Much love and light to all.
Daily I practice following my heart and being who I know that I really am no matter what society or others may say is the “norm”. I encourage my children and others to always be authentic to who they know they are and not to what others want them to be. So many are applauded for not being real. So many fake posts on social media portraying happiness but behind the scenes so much pain. I believe that if we all live with the unique flair that we were born with we would bring so much more light to the world. Be who you were made to be and watch how magnetic you will naturally be. Much love and light!
