Over the last 6 years I have gone deep within myself and have been able to heal, find answers and grow. I have come to the deep understanding that we are all interconnected. We are told by government, some religions and old human constructs that we are separate. Our souls come on their own journey of healing and evolving, but we are all here as one to serve and love each other. I know that part of what I am here to do is to help others see this and to live in a state of unconditional love for all. When we hurt another we are hurting the whole. I encourage all to go within every day. Ask for the truths of this spiritual journey to be revealed, you’ll be amazed how differently you will see everyone and everything. Much love and light to all!

The power of unconditional love!
I have learned how wonderful it feels to love everyone and everything without condition. The heart was always meant to love that way, unfortunately we are conditioned to judge others, be segregated and love when we get something in return. Our creator loves us without condition, loves without asking for something in return and gives infinite grace. The more that we wake to the fact that we are all interconnected, the more we will see that agape love is all we need. Try to spend one day looking at the beauty in everything and everyone. There is truly a spark of God in all of us.

I have learned over time that having the mind, body and soul connection is so powerful. I often work with folks who have one of those areas going well, but lacking in the others. They almost always fill unfulfilled and cannot understand why. Over the past 5 to 6 years I have learned and experienced how working on all areas makes this life journey so much better. It has helped me see this life so differently. I look at what I used to focus on and now see that those are not the truly important focuses of this life. We are our spirit. We have gifts that we came with to share with others. Even if we only impact one, we have made a difference. We are here to be whole, heal and love. Meditation has been a highly effective practice to help me slow and see everything more clearly. I encourage working on you as a whole, put it all together and be the light that you were meant to be. Angel numbers!!
Over the last several years I have learned a lot about angel numbers. Numbers like 111,222,333,1010,1111, etc. They have such a beautiful meaning and they are one way that the angels speak to us and give us guidance. Through meditation and prayer the more that I have come into alignment with the universe, the more I see these repaying numbers leading me along my journey. Become more present and slow down, you too will start seeing them everywhere. You will see them on the clock, on a receipt, on license plates and more. I urge you to look into them, and begin to listen to what you are being told. Whether we know it or not, we are always being divinely guided. Much love to all!

Shine your light!
As we continue on this journey, it brings us many challenges. We often find a way to side step those challenges or quiet them for a bit with external distractions. I so often have looked outside to lessen a life challenge. What I have recently learned is that those challenges lead to our greatest growth. The answers we need are on the inside. Meditation and quieting the mind has helped me immensely over the past few years. Begin to face the challenges head on and look for what the lesson is. Releasing the past..
Releasing our past is huge in our healing and growth process. So often we beat ourselves up over past mistakes instead of learning from them and releasing them. I have done this for many years, replaying my mistakes and hurts that I have caused only to cause my own heaviness. I have asked for forgiveness in person and through meditation. I now am able to see more clearly and know what not to repeat. This life is a journey of growth, learning and healing. I believe when we begin to see it that way and love ourselves unconditionally through all stages of it, we will begin to enjoy each moment and day more and more. Practice allowing..
Something that I have learned over the past few years of working deeply within myself and manifesting the life of my dreams is to allow things to come together just as they are supposed to. So often we pray for something and then want to force the outcome. God works in mysterious ways. Our prayers and meditations are felt and heard, but the way they will present themselves often isn’t the way the human intellect would expect. I have learned to let go and allow the outcome to unfold the way it wants to. I take small action each day and trust that it is all working for my highest good. I challenge you to put your intentions out into the universe and let them go. Have infinite patience and you will get instant results. Much love to all of you!
Be the light!
With so much heaviness going on around the world right now, we need more light. Nothing stays in the dark forever. This time is temporary and we can make it even shorter if we can spread love and light everyday. Slow down and take the time to ask someone how they are doing and truly listen. Hold a door or carry a bag for someone. Every small act of kindness changes the energy on the planet. We are all one collective and we’re put here to love each other. So daily take the time to be a light for someone. Make a conscious effort daily and let’s lighten the mood and energy on this beautiful planet. Much love and light!!
My beautiful vision
As I prayed and meditated this morning I saw a beautiful vision. I saw all people living in love with each other. I saw all of us with more than enough abundance in every way. I saw us serving each other with our gifts and enjoying what we do. I saw all of us with great love for our creator. I saw our planet healed, lucious and beautiful. I in my heart believe this is possible. With one of the greatest awakening’s happening I truly feel that it is possible. Many may see it as only a dream, but I see it as a very possible reality. I will put my love and energy into fostering that outcome, because with God all things are possible.
